It took me 10 years to learn these 4 lessons. I wish someone had told me sooner.
Personal reflection on four key lessons learned over a decade: the importance of understanding mistakes, asking for help, adapting to change, and enjoying the process. A message of self-confidence and trust in the path traveled.

To my past Pauli, this is for you. Because there are things no one can teach you before you live them:
1. Making mistakes is not enough.
Mistakes only teach when you stop to understand what happened and what you can do differently.
2. You don't have to handle everything alone.
Asking for help is also something you learn, and doing so doesn't make you any less strong.
3. Don't cling to what once worked.
Growing also means questioning, learning, and daring to change.
4. Don't be in such a hurry to arrive.
Not everything deserves your time, energy, or attention. Learn to choose and, above all, to enjoy what you're building while you're building it.
Today I wouldn't change anything about the path I've traveled. With my mistakes. With my doubts. With the times I had to start over.
And if I could go back, there's something else I'd like you to know:
You don't need to have everything figured out to know you're on the right path. Trust yourself. What today seems like uncertainty will one day also be part of the story that will make you feel proud.
If this resonated with you
