Most brands measure everything except what actually drives ROI
Your best-looking report and your best-performing campaign are almost never the same. Learn which metrics actually matter to your CFO and how to lead with revenue instead of vanity metrics.

Your best-looking report and your best-performing campaign are almost never the same post.
One is full of impressions, likes and followers. Those tell you a post happened. Not that it worked.
The other moves the business, one layer down:
→ CTR: did they care enough to click?
→ CPA: what did one customer cost?
→ ROAS: did the spend pay back?
A post can win on the first and do nothing on the second. High engagement, zero intent.
So before your next report, ask one question:
"Which of these numbers would survive the finance meeting?"
Lead with those. Cut the rest from the headline.
Reach is what you show your team. Revenue is what you show your CFO.
