How to Know If You Can Run Your Best Campaign Again

You probably know which campaign was your best. But can you run it again?

Here's how to find out.

After 1,500+ campaigns, we found that repeatable campaigns always leave behind the same two things: the decisions made before launch and the proof of what happened afterwards.

Without both, every new campaign starts from scratch.

So how do you know if you can run it again?

Check every statement that's true about your best campaign.

SETUP: The decisions you made before it started.

1. You wrote the objective and KPI before anything else.

2. You can name the criteria you used to pick the creators.

3. The brief still exists, and you could hand it to someone else.

4. You can explain why you chose that mix of creators over another.

5. You know why you launched when you did, not just when it happened.

EVIDENCE: What you can prove now that it's over.

6. You can show how each creator performed individually, not just the campaign average.

7. You can measure the result against the KPI you set at the start.

8. You know what it cost compared with your other channels.

9. You can explain why the campaign succeeded, backed by data

10. Someone who wasn't on the campaign could run it again from the report alone.

Count what you ticked, and check where you land:

9 to 10: You have a repeatable campaign. Run it again, and you already know what happens.

6 to 8: You have a campaign you can rebuild, not repeat. Write it down before it disappears.

0 to 5: You got a result, not a system. It worked once, and no one knows why.

A campaign you can't describe is a campaign you can't run again.
